3. 💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, and Net Banking
  • Snapmint (Interest-Free EMI Options)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on order above ₹20000.

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Important Note

If a customer refuses, cancels, or is unavailable to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and ensures smooth and reliable deliveries for all customers.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines typically range between 4–8 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

5. ♻️ Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video and photos for verification.
