While we strive for timely delivery, please note that factors beyond our control such as natural calamities, peak seasons, courier delays, or government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19) may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

  • Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, and Net Banking
  • Snapmint – Pay Later or in 3 Easy, Interest-Free Installments
  • *Cash on Delivery (COD) 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on order above ₹20000.

🔒 All payments are 100% secure and encrypted. We do not store your card or payment details. All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees). If you are outside India, your bank may convert the currency automatically.

🚀 Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping – on all online prepaid orders.
  • *Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges –
    • Orders below ₹3000 → ₹150 COD charge
    • Orders above ₹3000 → ₹200 COD charge
    • Up to 20% advance payment is required for all COD orders
  • Extra Discount – Additional discounts are available on prepaid online orders

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Important Note

If a customer refuses, cancels, or is unavailable to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and ensures smooth and reliable deliveries for all customers.

⏰ Delivery Timelines

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after placement. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

Please note: Delivery may take slightly longer during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed within 2–8 business days after your cancellation request is verified.
