Refund policy
At Scent Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product undergoes a thorough quality check by our inspection team before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
However, we understand that there may be rare situations where you need assistance with a damaged or incorrect item. Please go through the following guidelines to understand our Returns and Refunds process clearly.
💥 Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In rare cases where your item arrives damaged or incorrect, our support team will require clear evidence to initiate a replacement. You must provide the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- Unedited unboxing video (without pause)
- Clear photos showing the damage or wrong product
- Order details and product description
Once verified by our team, a replacement will be initiated after we receive the product back.
🚫 When a Replacement/Return is Not Eligible
- Returns or replacements are not accepted if the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
💰 Refund Eligibility
- Orders not delivered within 45 days from the order date are eligible for an automatic refund.
- If a prepaid order is canceled by the customer after dispatch or if the customer is unavailable to receive it, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us in 4-5 working days. Once received refund will be credited to the original source in 7-8 working days.
Please Note: Forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount if prepaid order is cancelled or refused by customer.
♻️ Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided if:
- The product is proven to be damaged in transit and valid evidence (photos & unboxing video) is shared within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item passes our quality check — it must be unused, untampered, and have all original packaging and tags intact.
Once the returned item passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped promptly and it'll take 4-7 working days to receive replacement.
If you wish to exchange or replace a product for reasons other than damage or wrong product, you must ship the item back to us in sealed and unused condition. Note: Both the return and replacement shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The replacement will be dispatched once we receive and verify the returned item.
